What's included in a standard clean?

Every standard clean covers all rooms: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, bathroom sanitization, kitchen counters and sink, mirror cleaning, and trash removal. We bring all supplies and equipment.

What's the difference between standard and deep clean?

A deep clean includes everything in the standard clean plus inside cabinets, baseboards, light fixtures, detailed scrubbing of grout, vent covers, and behind appliances. Great for first-time cleans or seasonal deep refreshes.

Are your cleaners background-checked?

Yes. Every cleaner on our platform is background-checked, vetted, and insured. We take safety and trust seriously — you can book with confidence.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Changes within 24 hours may incur a fee. Just text or call us.

What areas do you serve?

We currently serve the Greater Houston area including Midtown, Montrose, The Heights, River Oaks, Katy, Sugar Land, Pearland, Cypress, and surrounding neighborhoods.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Nope! Many customers leave a key, gate code, or lockbox instructions. You can add entry details when you book. We'll text you when the cleaner arrives and finishes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Afterpay and Klarna are also available — split your payment into 4 interest-free installments.
