Contractor Information

For contractor applicants, we collect additional information including:

• Background check results from Checkr, Inc. (consumer reporting agency)
• Social Security number for identity verification and tax reporting (1099-NEC)
• Work authorization status
• Banking information for direct deposit payments

This information is used solely for vetting, compliance, and payment purposes. Background check information is kept confidential per Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) requirements.
