By booking a service through HyperClean TX ("Company," "we," "us"), you ("Customer," "you") agree to the following terms.
1.1 Company provides residential cleaning services for apartments, condos, and short-term rental properties in the Houston and Dallas metropolitan areas through a network of independent contractors.
1.2 Services include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and short-term rental (STR) turnovers.
1.3 All services are performed by independent contractors who have passed criminal background checks. Contractors are not employees of Company.
2.1 Payment is required in full before service is scheduled. We accept credit/debit cards via Stripe, and buy-now-pay-later options through Afterpay and Klarna.
2.2 Prices are flat-rate based on service type and home size, as displayed at time of booking. Applicable surcharges (same-day, holiday, peak hours) and Texas sales tax (8.25%) are calculated and shown before payment.
2.3 Promotional codes are subject to availability, one-time use restrictions, and margin protections. Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.
3.1 Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
3.2 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
3.3 Rescheduling is free if done more than 24 hours before the scheduled service. Rescheduling within 24 hours is not available.
4.1 Company offers a Make-It-Right guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality of service, contact us within 24 hours and we will send a contractor to re-clean at no additional charge.
4.2 The Make-It-Right guarantee covers quality of cleaning only. It does not cover dissatisfaction with pricing, scheduling, or contractor personality.
4.3 Refunds are not provided. Our guarantee is to re-perform the service to your satisfaction.
5.1 Customer is responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. If a contractor cannot access the property, the booking may be marked as completed and no refund will be issued.
5.2 For move-out/move-in services, the unit must be completely empty of personal belongings.
5.3 Customer should secure valuables, fragile items, and pets before the service.
6.1 Independent contractors are personally accountable for any damage caused during service. Company will facilitate resolution between Customer and Contractor.
6.2 Customer must report any damage within 24 hours of service completion with supporting photos.
6.3 Company's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7.1 We collect personal information (name, email, phone, address) necessary to provide our services. Payment information is processed securely through Stripe and is not stored on our servers.
7.2 We may send booking confirmations, reminders, and follow-up messages via SMS and email. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP.
7.3 We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
8.1 By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your booking (confirmations, reminders, contractor updates). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
8.2 Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
9.1 All cleaning services are performed by independent contractors, not employees of Company. Company facilitates the matching, scheduling, and payment but does not directly supervise the performance of cleaning services.
9.2 Company conducts background checks on all contractors and maintains quality standards through its rating and feedback system.
10.1 Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from services provided.
10.2 Company is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (weather, emergencies, contractor illness).
11.1 Any disputes shall first be addressed through Company's customer support (text (832) 784-8994 or email support@hypercleantx.com).
11.2 If not resolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Harris County or Dallas County, Texas under AAA rules.
11.3 Customer waives the right to participate in class action lawsuits against Company.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Company may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
