Hyper Clean Texas LLC ("HyperClean TX") offers SMS messaging for booking confirmations, appointment reminders, service updates, contractor communications, and promotional offers.
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from HyperClean TX. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
You may receive the following types of messages:
Message frequency varies based on your activity. Customers typically receive 3-8 messages per booking. Contractors may receive additional messages related to job offers and scheduling.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. You may re-opt-in at any time by texting us or booking a new service.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. HyperClean TX does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.
SMS services are available on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We will not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your information is used solely to provide HyperClean TX services. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
HyperClean TX is not liable for any delays or failures in SMS delivery caused by carrier issues, network problems, or force majeure events.
We may update these SMS Terms at any time. Continued opt-in to our SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance.
