Our Make-It-Right Promise

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will send a contractor to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional charge. No questions asked.

How It Works

Step 1: Text us at (832) 784-8994 (Houston) or (214) 492-5798 (Dallas) within 24 hours of your service
Step 2: Let us know what areas need attention
Step 3: We schedule a re-clean at the earliest available time

What's Covered

Quality of cleaning (missed areas, inadequate cleaning of surfaces, etc.)
Incomplete service (areas included in your booking that were not cleaned)
Standard of work not meeting reasonable expectations

What's Not Covered

Dissatisfaction with pricing after service is completed
Scheduling preferences (arrival time within window, etc.)
Contractor personality or communication style
Pre-existing damage, stains, or conditions that cannot be resolved through cleaning
Claims made more than 24 hours after service completion

No-Refund Policy

HyperClean TX does not provide monetary refunds for completed services. Our guarantee is to re-perform the service until you are satisfied. This policy exists because:

Our contractors are independent professionals who have already performed the work
A re-clean addresses the actual concern (quality) more directly than a refund
This allows us to maintain affordable flat-rate pricing for all customers

Cancellation Refunds

Cancellation refunds are different from service refunds:

More than 24 hours before service: Full refund
Within 24 hours of service: 50% refund (cancellation fee applies)

Damages

If property damage occurs during a cleaning, report it within 24 hours with photos. Our independent contractors are personally accountable for damage they cause, and we will facilitate resolution. Company liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
