How much does a house cleaning cost in Houston?
Our pricing is flat-rate and shown before you book. Studios and 1-bedroom apartments start at $119. Larger homes are priced by bedrooms and bathrooms, and you see the exact price up front. No estimates, no surprises on the invoice.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the Houston metro area, roughly a 30-mile radius from downtown. That includes the Heights, Midtown, Montrose, Galleria, Memorial, River Oaks, Katy, Sugar Land, Pearland, and Cypress.
How do I book a cleaning?
Book online at hypercleantx.com/#book. Pick your home size and a date, see your price, and pay securely. You get a text and email confirmation right away.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
We have a Make-It-Right Promise. If you're not satisfied, tell us and we'll send someone back to re-clean at no charge.
Are your cleaners vetted?
Yes. Every cleaner is background-checked before they ever enter a home.
Do you offer military or first responder discounts?
Yes. Active duty, veterans, and first responders get 15% off every clean with code HERO15, and it stacks with recurring discounts. It's our small way of saying thank you.
Do you do move-out or move-in cleans?
Yes. Move-out cleans are one of our most requested services, and we clean with your deposit walkthrough in mind: inside cabinets, baseboards, and the spots landlords check.
Do you clean Airbnbs and short-term rentals?
Yes, we do fast guest turnovers for Houston hosts, with timestamped photos included so you have documentation of the condition after every clean.
